To schedule a virtual visit

Why I don't take any insurance, including Medicare:

Dry eye disease and ocular allergies are complex diseases.
Nowadays, the usual doctor visits are about 7 minutes long. This is mainly dictated by insurance reimbursements and practice overhead. 7 minutes is not enough time to understand each individual's unique disease, explain the condition and treatment options effectively, discuss mutually agreeable therapeutic plan or develop lasting relationships. 

I value the "patient-doctor" relationship. Therefore, I have decided to spend all my time and effort helping my patients, instead of dealing with insurance companies and governing bodies. 

NOTE: Medicare patients will need to sign a separate private contract with me for the virtual visit (as per CMS rules and regulations).

Unfortunately, I am unable to see Medicaid patients at this time.
